Good dental care improves your overall health. Our dental plan is designed to help you maintain a healthy smile through regular dental care and fix any problems as soon as they occur.

DPPO Dental Plan

The DPPO dental plan offers the freedom and flexibility to choose any licensed dentist you want. You’ll receive the greatest savings when you visit an in-network provider. If you visit an out-of-network provider, you will pay a percentage of the Reasonable and Customary (R&C) fee based on the dentist’s rates. Preventive services are covered 100% in-network and are not subject to the deductible. See plan documents or certificate booklet for additional information.
